Configuration and Implementation
A detailed file of your existing network and projected network design specifications are assigned to a Network Engineer for project implementation. The Network Engineer is responsible for configuring the networking equipment and overseeing the technical installation of the new network.
7x24 Support
ADCom's team of professional Network Engineers is available for troubleshooting 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Should you experience a network failure, our team can determine if the problem is hardware or circuit-related. If the problem resides in the hardware, our Network Engineers will use Remote Dial Access to determine if the issue can be resolved on-line. If on-line resolution is not possible our team will review the options available for your situation. If the problem is circuit related, ADCom will open a trouble ticket with the carrier.

Trouble Ticketing
The status of your trouble ticket can be tracked through our web site so you will know what the problem is, what is being done about it, and when resolution is made and the trouble ticket is closed. You will also have the ability to enter comments in the ticket log.
