A: No. ADCom is very familiar with the manufacturers listed on our web site, which allows us to support their equipment, but we can furnish many products by vendors that are not listed.
Q: If I use a carrier not mentioned on your site, can you still provide hardware and other services?
A: Absolutely.
Q: What is a carrier "agent"?
A: An agent has been trained in various service offerings provided by carriers they represent. Agents are able to quote services at the same rates as a direct representative of the carrier. Agents give customers the ease of "one stop shopping" as their expertise encompasses not only the transport aspect, but also the equipment and service issues most customers have.
Q: Can an agent deliver services faster than the carrier representative?
A: What a wonderful thought! No, we are bound by the same procedures, time frames, and run into the same facility issues as the representatives. However, we do monitor the progress of our orders continuously and make every effort to escalate when delays are encountered.
Q: Can I purchase maintenance through ADCom for my existing hardware?
A: You certainly can. Some manufacturers require an on site inspection to determine the equipment is functional at the time maintenance is purchased, but in most cases we can get the equipment covered.
