The Governor’s Office of Workforce Development and other state agencies are committed to putting Georgia’s veterans back to work.
Operation: Workforce helps veterans and employers connect within the state. The site allows veterans to create a profile, upload a résumé, search and apply for job openings within the state of Georgia. It also allows Georgia employers to create profiles, post job listings, review job applicants and search the site for qualified candidates. Employers are able to sign a pledge of commitment to give enhanced hiring opportunities to Georgia’s veterans, and veterans are able to find veteran-friendly employers across the state. Operation: Workforce will also allow veterans to translate their military occupational classifications into civilian occupations that best align with their skill set and training.

Competitive Annual Salary
We provide our employees with direct compensation commensurate with their demonstrated skills, experience, education and seniority. We evaluate compensation levels using a system that determines the current market value of a position based on the skills, knowledge, and abilities required of a fully competent incumbent.
Regular full-time employees are eligible for major medical and prescription health insurance through Cigna. ADCom Solutions contributes toward employees’ monthly premium cost.
Regular full-time employees are eligible to select dental insurance.
Regular full-time employees are eligible to elect vision insurance.
Group Term Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D)
Regular full-time employees are eligible for group life insurance and AD&D coverage at no cost. The employee group life insurance benefit amount is 100% employer paid. We also offer optional employee, spouse, and children life insurance coverage for an additional cost.
Long Term Disability (LTD)
Regular full-time employees are eligible for long term disability coverage. We also offer additional long term disability coverage for a minimal cost.
Short-Term Disability (STD)
Regular full-time employees are eligible for short term disability coverage.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
The EAP Program is a comprehensive resource that offers fast, convenient answers and advice on a wide range of topics. It is available to employees and their family members, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.
Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
Employees have the option to participate in a health and a dependent care FSA which provides reimbursement of pre-tax dollars for medical and dependent care costs.
ADCom Solutions offers a tax deferral program with employer matching feature. Traditional (pre-tax) and Roth (post-tax) contributions can be made up to the legal IRS limit through payroll deduction.
ADCom Solutions observes ten (10) federal holidays per calendar year. Employees are compensated at their regular rate of pay for each observed holiday.
Regular full-time employees are eligible to accrue vacation starting from their date of hire. Vacation is accrued at different rates based on the years of service. Vacation starts at two weeks per year.
