ADNet Trouble Ticketing System (TTS) is e-bonded with major carrier ticketing systems to automate trouble ticket generation and seamlessly view troubleshooting activities in a single online portal. Request status updates and escalations and communicate directly with the carrier maintenance centers through our online ticketing system. You can open, view and edit trouble tickets from your computer or mobile device. Trouble ticket data is stored for historical trending on site outages, allowing us to identify and resolve chronic issues.

Receive alerts on new and proactive tickets, status updates, aging tickets and more. Our Trouble Ticketing System (TTS) automatically alerts our network operations team of trouble conditions in your network. Want to be notified? We can set you up to be automatically alerted via text or email, and a live operator from our network operations center can call to notify you of critical outages 24 hours a day. On-Call Scheduler allows you to designate on-call personnel by day-of-week or time-of-day so we can notify the right people at the right time.

Flow Reports is a cost-effective and efficient way to collect and analyze NetFlow packet data. Our cloud-based NetFlow collectors mean there is no capital investment or probes required on your network. The web-based reporting tool allows you to gain further insight into utilization, application usage and top talkers, and view traffic by source and destination address. NetFlow packets are sent over a secure VPN tunnel so your data remains safe and secure. Customized reporting features allow you to choose which ports to track and report on, reverse DNS lookup to see URLs of public IP addresses, report utilization by class of service, AS number to reveal site-to-site traffic, identify rouge applications and more.
